    I bought two pairs of Hike shoes. 1 pair sandals and 1 pair tennis. The size for sandals I went up one size from What I usually wear and they fit perfect. My tennis I went up one size also but snug and not a lot of toe room. So I suggest going up 1.5 size. Sandals are super comfortable and will order another pair soon. The only bad thing I can say so far is the shipping to me took almost a month. But great walking sandals for heavy people.

    well I just love them! I was to get an injection on my back for my hip pain. I cancelled the appointment and gave these shoes a chance. I say within a week I seen a difference. The severe pain I was having from sciatic pain going down my leg was slowly disappearing. The next week I was able to go up and down stairs easier. And now the severe pain is gone. My back pain is better but not totally gone. But I could just cry that it took 5 years to find something to help. Thank you for making these shoes. I bought a couple more for winter. I can now walk again without horrible pain.
