It's amazing how much these shoes (HF Stride) have improved my balance. I'm 76 years old and have been very concerned about how bad my balance is getting. It even caused me to fall recently. From the moment I put these shoes on, I could feel the difference. The feeling of being off-balance and unsteady on my feet was completely gone. It wasn't even a matter of "getting used to" a different type of shoe. I feel more confident when walking. I even put my old shoes on to see if the difference was real. The off-balance feeling came back immediately, so I put the Stride shoes back on and right away I felt balanced again. And they are so comfortable. I am extremely grateful for these shoes!

My HF Strides arrived yesterday and they are great. I got the orange which is a little bright for someone my age (78) but very "cool". I don't have foot or knee problems but feel more confident walking barefoot, which isn't practical outdoors. These are just what I wanted. The only caution is to be sure to measure your foot and follow the sizing guide. I normally wear a 6 or 6/2 but ordered the 7 and the fit is perfect.

I love the HF Stride Navy Blue. I have 4 pairs. I won’t buy anymore until you come out with a dark sole. The white bottoms get very dirty and sides have to be scrubbed with a magic eraser before machine washing and still don’t look clean on the bottom, or I could buy some if they become on sale like other styles do.

HF Stride is the first shoe that hasn’t hurt my feet after all day wear. I’m 68 years old and have 4 pairs in navy blue. I also purchased extra insoles for each pair. There are a couple of minor things that I wish were better is the soles wear too quickly and they don’t wash well. I have to use a magic eraser on the white sides and bottoms before washing and living in the country, I sometimes get a spot of mud that doesn’t wash out easily. I air dry them. They overall are my favorite shoes.

My only negative thought is if you wash them, avoid the dryer. My first pair’s sole came loose by using the dryer. Thank goodness for gorilla glue!!! I’m a customer for life!

Color is not accurate; orange is more highlighter pink. I don’t have anything against pink but I ordered orange because it’s my school colors & I’m a high school teacher. The bigger issue is that “hands free” isn’t the case at all. In all the photos you can’t tell these shoes have regular laces that have to be tied. I wanted slip in shoes. The description says step in & go.
