I personally have neuropathy in my feet and legs and these shoes are perfect for what ails me. These are constructed for individuals with problems with their feet. I am able to wear these all day and really hate taking them off at night. Love how they "hug" my feet and how they look. The wide toe box is a 'God send'.

I had two surgeries on my big toes 6 months ago (a repair on a 30-year old bunionectomy and a new one on the other foot), and although I wear ‘good’ shoes, my gait was off, and the new toe just wasn’t flexing. Skeptical of ‘internet shoes,’ I nonetheless bought the Hike HF and must say I am most pleasantly surprised! They are as comfortable as being barefooted but still supported and protected. Not even a month into wearing them, I can feel a more natural gait and a much more comfortable healing toe. Wish the tongues stayed in place better, but that’s it. Oh dear, now I must look at more variety! Thanks.

Just went to Ireland on a non stop tour for 12 days and basicallly wore these out of the box. I can NEVER find comfortable walking shoes and have paid hundreds and hundreds of dollars trying. Hoka, which was recommended by a podiatrist to me, could not even hold a candle to these HF Flow. I was a skeptic. About the barefoot shoe claim, etc. But for the price with the sale I thought that’s not much to lose. I am sold on these and will get more colors and tell my friends. Not a single day of this trip did I have foot, hip or knee pain or a sore lower back. Usually by the end of a full day walking, my feet just ache. I don’t often take time to write reviews, but this experience was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend that you try them!
